Was Prophet Muhammad Perfect? A Refined Perspective

Nobody is perfect. It is human nature that permits humans to improve.

But having said that, if someone deserves the title of ldquo;perfect manrdquo; without question, that title belongs to our dear and Sacred Prophet Muhammad, the Last Prophet of the Only God. In the refined and correct understanding of Islam, practiced by Hanif Sunnis and Shias alike, perfection is a mental quality given to us by God in order that we might better ourselves.

Other dogmatic groups, such as the Hanbalis, Shafis, and Malakis, seriously believe that perfection is a real attribute that was embodied in Prophet Muhammad himself. Pity the ignorance of all faiths.

Prophet Muhammad: A Misconception

Some argue that Prophet Muhammad was a ldquo;paedophile warlord and sex slave holder.rdquo; However, such claims misrepresent both historical context and the nature of Islamic teachings and practices.

A Prophetic Mission and Divine Guidance

All prophets that have come to Earth by the command of God Almighty have been pure in their every action, as they follow divine commands to educate mankind on how to live a righteous way on Earth, so that they can achieve the mercy of God and be blessed in the next life with paradise. The prophets always make it clear that what they hear is what they say, and it is not they who do the miracles but what God does through them.

Prophet Muhammad's Marriages and Unity

When it comes to the status of Prophet Muhammad, apologists often bring up his marriages, notably his marriage to Aisha, and paint it as a predatory act. However, it is imperative to consider the cultural context and the role of marriage in that time period.

In life, the closest person that supports you in your mission is the wife. If she is supportive in what you do and in the ideologies you uphold, you will attain success. For Prophet Muhammad, marriage was a custom that solemnly bonded tribes together, so as to create unity and support for each other. During the time when he was recognized as the final messenger, it was a privilege to be associated with him. Marriage was not considered as sexual desire but was for the purpose of unity and spreading equality amongst followers.

Islam was based on the concept of spreading equality amongst its followers and changing the way nomadic Arabs lived by abolishing their old customs and ways of life. Prophet Muhammad's marriages, including his marriage to Aisha, played a crucial role in unifying the nomadic tribes in Mecca and Medina and creating unity amongst all Arabs under the banner of brotherhood and the Islamic empire.

Aisha's Role in Islam

Aisha is a central figure in Islamic history. Her marriage to Prophet Muhammad was not just a matrimonial bond, but a significant step towards the unity and spread of Islam. She was chosen by the will of God to further the course of Islam. During her years with Prophet Muhammad, she learned over 24,000 Hadiths, which she taught to other Muslim believers until she was taken up by Allahrsquo;s command. She was admired by all the other girls in the community and showed courage by accompanying him on various wars and establishing hospitals on the battlefield.

Conclusion

The success of great leaders is the faith that one has for them. Even after 1440 years, Muslims continue to have faith in God and His beloved Prophet Muhammad until the day when we will all be called to account for our deeds. Only the love for Prophet Muhammad will save us from the fire of Hell. May Allah keep us on this true path and grant us mercy on that faithful day.
