As you prepare for your audition, it's important to understand the communication process that follows once you have completed your submission.

The BE:LIFT Communication Process

The selection process for BE:LIFT involves multiple rounds, and communication will primarily occur via email. After you submit your audition form, which is the initial step, you will be kept informed through a series of emails. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

Round 1: Initial Email

The first email you receive will be a default confirmation email. This initial notification indicates that your submission has been received and is being reviewed. This email is to confirm that your application has been accepted for the first round of assessment and that the evaluation process is underway. It does not indicate whether you have been selected or not, only that your application is being processed.

Subsequent Email Alerts

Following the initial confirmation email, you may receive up to three emails in total. These emails will be spaced approximately 2-3 weeks apart. The timing between emails will depend on the progress of the selection process, the volume of applications, and the need for further assessments. The key points to note are:

If you receive two emails, it indicates that you have not been selected for the next stage of the audition process. The email will clearly state this. If you receive three emails, it means you have progressed and will need to prepare for the next round of the audition.
