Over the past year, I have undergone a significant transformation, marked by pivotal changes in my lifestyle, mindset, and overall well-being. In the face of health challenges, I felt strained and agitated. With too many tasks piled up, including job responsibilities, office projects, and impending exams, the pressure mounted.

Consequently, I have reduced my usage of Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Reddit, focusing instead on more beneficial activities.
My dedication to studies has also improved. I have established a consistent schedule to complete my notes, study, and prepare for upcoming exams. By minimizing phone usage and staying focused, I have achieved a greater level of calm and relaxation.
