Justin Bieber’s Concert in India: Debates and Debacles
Excitement is building up as Justin Bieber's concert in India approaches, but the internet is divided on the matter. From passionate fans to concerned individuals, opinions on whether or not to attend his show have sparked heated discussions.
The Long-Awaited Concert
For many true believers, or Beliebers, Justin Bieber's concert in Mumbai is a dream come true. I, myself, have been a fan since 2012, and his music has been a significant part of my life ever since. My journey began with songs like "Baby" and "One Less Lonely Girl." These tracks introduced me to a world of pop music, and from there, I delved into the entirety of his discography. His biography, interviews, and even his funny moments on social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube have been a big part of my life. It's true that he was my first CELEB CRUSH, and I still adore him, no matter what others say.
Call to Contribute to Country’s Development
Some argue that the spotlight should not be on a pop star when there are pressing issues, such as poverty. There are millions of farmers and other individuals suffering from the financial strain. They suggest that the money spent on the concert, around 70,000 Indian Rupees (INR), should be directed towards something more productive and beneficial. Many also emphasize the importance of supporting infrastructure and development rather than indulging in what they consider unnecessary expenditure. This viewpoint is valid and prompts consideration of ethical spending.
Realities Failing to Complain
However, the reality is that the concert is scheduled for May 10, 2017, at the D. Y. Patil Stadium in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Sadly, many who would have attended cannot, due to personal commitments or other obligations. For instance, I myself am unable to make it due to my SEMESTER EXAMS and the location being in Mumbai, far from my current residence in U.P.. Many have pointed out that the TICKET PRICES start from INR 4,000 for general admission, which might still be a significant sum for some.
Justifying the Cost
While some question the value and necessity of attending, others justify the cost, highlighting Justin Bieber's achievements. He is a well-known face, a Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning artist, and holds multiple GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS. His recent album Purpose is a testament to his talent. It is difficult to rationalize spending money on something that one cares deeply about, especially when it comes to a beloved artist like Justin Bieber.
Final Words
To those who cannot afford the more expensive VVIP Platinum tickets, it is suggested to buy the common ones or not go at all. Complaining about the price or the artist's value does nothing positive in the face of these financial constraints. As for the tickets, it seems they are all sold out, with the last sale ending on a ticketing platform like BMS.
The debate around attending Justin Bieber's concert in India highlights the complex nature of individual choices and the responsibilities we bear as members of society. While it is essential to be mindful of our spending, it is also important to acknowledge the joy and support we can provide to artists and each other. The choice, as always, remains yours.
