Gwyneth Paltrow's Family: Children and Stepchildren

Academy-Award-winning actress and entrepreneur Gwyneth Paltrow is a proud mom to two children—Apple and Moses—shared with her ex-husband and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. She also has two stepchildren, Isabella and Brody, from her present husband, Brad Falchuk. Read on to learn more about Gwyneth’s family and recent developments in her legal case.

Apple and Moses Martin

Gwyneth and Chris tied the knot in 2003, and their first child, Apple, was born in 2004. Apple, a college student at New York City School, is the embodiment of her parents' names. On an Instagram post in April 2022, Paltrow revealed that April was named by Martin and was a name she fell in love with.

Moses, Apple's younger brother, was born in 2006. In a Goop podcast episode in 2018, Paltrow shared that she suffered from postpartum depression after giving birth to Moses, but she was able to overcome it through therapy and exercise. She also mentioned that she gave herself time for regeneration and increased her sleep. Moses is a skateboarder and is known for his love of playing Fortnite, as highlighted in Paltrow's Instagram posts.

Currently, Gwyneth Paltrow is facing a lawsuit related to her 2016 Utah Ski accident. Stephen Owens, an attorney from the Goop founders' legal team, has confirmed that Paltrow's husband, Brad Falchuk, and their children, Apple (18) and Moses (16), will be testifying during the trial.

Isabella and Brody Falchuk

Gwyneth Paltrow has two stepchildren, Isabella and Brody, from her marriage with Brad Falchuk in 2018. Brad Falchuk has two children from his former marriage to Suzanne Bukinik. Gwyneth entered the relationship cautiously but later embraced her roles as a full-time parent, offering unconditional love and support along with boundaries.
