Are Some Extreme Narcissists Influenced by Malignant Spiritual Forces?

Describing what I've witnessed with extreme words like 'demonic possession' might seem overtheatrical, but the experiences I’ve encountered have been extraordinary. If you take religion out of the equation and consider only the observable phenomena, some of the behaviors exhibited by these individuals do border on the fantastical. I'll delve into the experiences I've had and explore the possibility that there might be more to extreme narcissism than just mere psychology.

My Encounter with the 'Demon'

These aren't isolated incidents. I have observed three different people - a boyfriend, a teacher, and another boyfriend - who were not narcissists in their usual state, but when they were, they exhibited behaviors that were uncannily similar. It's as if they were chameleons, shifting into the same toxic personality, reenacting the same mind games, and even displaying eerily similar physical reactions. They would go into dramatic fits, engaging in gaslighting, blame games, fits of temper, and the silent treatment - all hallmark tactics of narcissists. It was almost as if an energy force had taken hold of them, pushing them into a state of madness.

Let's take the case of the teacher. During these episodes, he would often transform into a red-faced, accusatory entity with bulging veins, popping eyes, storming around, shouting, and hurling accusatory statements. This wasn't something a calm, rational person would do. Moreover, these outbursts often included disorganized food consumption, a phenomenon that has no logical explanation. I’ve seen jarred ice cream served with jello, cold chicken, and gulping down milk with the same haste. It feels as if they were under the influence of an external force, one that seems to be a malicious spirit.

The Spiritual Dimension of Life

I believe that there is a spiritual dimension to life. These experiences of mine suggest that there might be such a thing as malevolent spiritual entities that can attach themselves to individuals. These entities might exploit those individuals to achieve their nefarious goals.

Extreme narcissists, in my view, could fall victim to the influence of such spiritual forces. While we often encounter these themes in movies and legends, I think there's a kernel of truth to such narratives. Demonic entities can act like parasites, exploiting a host to meet their needs. This exploitation leads to a mindset consumed by fear and anxiety, where the individual feels a constant threat from the outside.

Rationalizing Extreme Behaviors

Like a parasite, narcissists rely on others for validation and to bolster their egos. The narcissistic individual, much like a parasitic entity, becomes a drain on the emotions and suffering of those around them. The entity manipulates the narcissist, convincing them that the real danger is external, when in reality, the real peril is their own internal turmoil. This manipulation manifests in attitudes of paranoia and projection, where the narcissist accuses others for their own behaviors and seeks to shift blame and avoid responsibility.

The behaviors of extreme narcissists, when examined from a spiritual perspective, start to make more sense. They seem to embody the same traits and behaviors worldwide, suggesting that they all might be influenced by the same demonic forces sent forth to manipulate humanity.

The Path to Change

The key to changing behaviors is in confronting the source of this manipulation. Narcissists, much like those affected by a parasite, avoid self-reflection because it might reveal the truth. They are reluctant to face the demon within, as it might mean acknowledging their own lack of control. However, only a narcissist can initiate their own change. It is within their power to declare that enough is enough, to confront the demon and actively resist its demands.

Understanding that the true fear lies not in the narcissist but within the entity that feeds off them is crucial. The entity fears exposure because if recognized, it can be expelled. The question is, what kind of spiritual strength would it take for a narcissist to recognize and reject this influence?
